The cola nut, derived from the cola tree (mostly Cola acuminata and Cola nitida), plays an important role in various cultures and commercial products, mainly because of its stimulant properties. These properties are mainly due to the nut’s high caffeine content.

Effects
Cola nut is a strong stimulant uplifting agent. The psychoactive effect is stronger and different from Coffee. Endurance increases and hunger is dispelled. It increases your mental and physical capacity. This can be conducive when working long hours, exercising, dancing or having sex. Cola nut can additionally also be used as an additional fat burner in a weight-loss diet.
Use
Take no more than 1-3 gr, two to three times a day. A tea can also be made from Cola nut: Place 1-2 teaspoons of Cola nut powder in a pan of water, bring to a boil and simmer gently +/- 10 to 15 minutes. Strain the water before drinking the tea.
Storage advice
Store this product in a dark and cool place such as a kitchen cabinet and out of the reach of children.
