Traditional spore prints and sprays have a greater chance of contamination and a smaller chance of a successful crop of mushrooms. The Culture Ampoule contains the mushroom culture and can be inoculated directly into the substrate. Follow the instructions for a successful harvest!<\/p>\n<h2>Follow the instructions for a successful harvest!<\/h2>\n<div>\n<ol>\n<li>Wash your hands thoroughly and clean the outside of the Culture Ampoule with a clean, wet cloth.<\/li>\n<li>We recommend using an alcohol wipe to eliminate any bacteria.<\/li>\n<li>The included syringe is sterile packed. Make sure it does not get contaminated and open it in a clean environment.<\/li>\n<li>Loosen the cap of the Culture Ampoule slightly so that it does not vacuum while filling the syringe.<\/li>\n<li>Insert the needle through the rubber seal and draw the syringe full.<\/li>\n<li>The needle is now ready and the culture can be injected into the desired substrate. Grow these at room temperature.
