The 0.2 μm filter in the bag allows gas to exchange well while keeping contaminants out. The injection port allows for completely sterile operation.
User Manual
Inoculation:
Inject 2.5 to 5 ml of your liquid culture or spore suspension into the injection port. Be sure to work sterile and wear gloves.
Incubation:
Place the bag in a dark place at a temperature between 20 and 24 degrees Celsius.
Colonization:
The mycelium will first colonize the corn spawn and then spread to the substrate layer. You do not need to open the bag during this process.
Fruiting:
When the entire contents are colonized, open the bag to initiate the fruiting process.

For subsequent harvests (flushes)
After the first harvest, we recommend using a separate grow bag with a microfilter. This ensures proper humidity and protects against contamination thanks to the micron filter.
Storage Advice
Store unopened bags at room temperature, out of direct sunlight. They do not need to be refrigerated and will keep for several months.
