Ingredients and/or composition
- 10 ml liquid Cascadian Teacher culture
- 1x 18G sterile needle
- 1x alcohol wipe for hygienic application
Use
- Let the syringe warm up to room temperature.
- Maintain a clean environment and disinfect the injection port.
- Attach the needle and use the alcohol wipe to work cleanly.
- Apply 1 to 2 ml of the culture into the substrate.
- Place the substrate in a dark place with a stable temperature of 20-25°C and monitor its development.
