Ingredients and/or composition

• 10 ml liquid Golden Teacher culture in sterile solution
• 1 sterile needle (18G)
• 1 alcohol wipe for disinfection

Use

Always work cleanly and carefully to achieve the best results.

Here’s how to proceed:

1. Sterilize your substrate by heating or steaming it so that unwanted microorganisms do not have a chance.
2. Prepare your substrate such as vermiculite with rice flour and ensure proper moisture balance.
3. Shake the syringe to distribute the mycelium well.
4. Inject small amounts at different spots in the substrate.
5. Place in a warm, dark room (20-25°C) for incubation.
6. Check regularly and harvest when the mushrooms are mature.
