Description

The Psilocybe Cubensis Leucistic JMF (Jedi Mind Fuck) is an intriguing variation on the original JMF strain, characterized by its unique leucistic appearance and impressive colonization ability. This particular strain retains the vigor of its predecessor, but adds a refined and distinctive visual appeal, making it ideal for advanced breeding projects and microscopic research.

The 10 ml Leucistic JMF liquid culture syringe is precision manufactured in a sterile environment, ensuring optimal purity and low risk of contamination. Suitable for beginners and experienced growers alike, this liquid culture supports rapid and consistent colonization and is compatible with a wide range of substrates. The Leucistic JMF is a premium choice for anyone looking for a potent, reliable and visually striking strain with excellent performance.

Key features

  • Volume: 10 ml sterile syringe containing nutrient-rich liquid culture.
  • Purity: Professionally insulated and prepared for reliable performance and growth.

What do you need to grow mushrooms

  1. Grain (nutrition): Mushrooms need a source of nutrients to grow. Grains such as rye or corn are often used because they are rich in carbohydrates and other nutrients essential for the growth of the mycelium (the root structure of the mushroom).
  2. Substrate (soil): The substrate provides physical support for the mycelium and aids in water retention. This may include wood, straw, sawdust or another organic material in which the mycelium can grow. The substrate should be sterile or well-treated to avoid unwanted bacteria and fungi.
  3. Culture (the mycelium or spores): This is the biological basis of the mushroom. The mycelium is the vegetative form of the mushroom and grows through the substrate to form the mushroom. It can be purchased as “liquid culture” or home-grown from spores. (We recommend liquid culture)
  4. With these three components, you can grow mushrooms, depending on the kind you want to grow.

Humidity and hygiene

The process requires careful control of factors such as temperature, humidity and hygiene to obtain a successful harvest.

Humidity: You maintain humidity by growing mushrooms in a bag or monotub. This keeps the substrate moist, which is important for the mushrooms to grow.

Hygiene: To prevent contamination, we work with an injection port on the bags. This makes it easy to inject the mycelium (the “seeds” of the mushroom) into the bag without the need for a special clean room. Customers should only use a clean needle to ensure that everything remains hygienic.
