Use
Take the seeds on an empty stomach for the best effect. Chew them well or grind them and soak the powder in water for about 40 minutes. Then drink only the water. The first effects usually occur after about an hour and can last for 6 to 10 hours.
Recommended dosage:
- Light experience: 50 – 100 seeds (1.5 – 3 g)
- Average experience: 100 – 250 seeds (3 – 6 g)
- Strong experience: 250 – 400 seeds (6 – 10 g)
- Heavy experience: 400+ seeds (>10 g)
Never use more than 400 seeds or 4 mg of LSA.
